About Taylor

Hi, I’m Taylor Trosclair, a travel advisor with Castles and Cruises Travel Company, based in the New Orleans area. I’m a former Disney Cast Member and longtime Disney Annual Passholder, and I’ve spent seven years helping families plan vacations they’ll remember.

Disney will always hold a special place in my heart. I visit Walt Disney World and Disneyland often, keep up with every new resort and attraction, and have sailed with Disney Cruise Line six times and counting. Cruising has become one of my favorite ways to vacation!

Beyond Disney, I specialize in Universal Orlando Resort, cruises with Royal Caribbean and other major lines, all-inclusive resorts including Sandals and Beaches, and destinations around the world. Whether you’re comparing Disney resorts, choosing the right cruise itinerary or planning a relaxing all-inclusive escape, I’ll help you understand your options and tailor every detail to your family.

I work with travelers throughout New Orleans and South Louisiana, including Gretna, Houma and Thibodaux, and with clients everywhere else, too.

When I’m not planning vacations, I’m traveling every chance I get, spending time with family and friends, or relaxing at home with my two dogs, Remy and Buster, both named after Disney characters, of course!

Taylor Trosclair made our Disney World vacation in February so magical and stress-free! Taylor Trosclair planned our family Christmas trip to Austria, Switzerland, and Italy, and she took care of everything: hotels, private transportation, train tickets, restaurant reservations, and sightseeing tours. We have been working with Taylor Trosclair for several years . Always spot on, and efficient. I feel that nothing slips through the cracks. Travel can be stressful enough and Taylor puts us at ease knowing we are in good hands . She has booked Disney Land , Disney Word , and Universal Studios for us. Even set up fast passes/ lightning lanes / dining options. She also has booked a few Disney Cruises for our family. When it was time to plan a European river cruise our first call was to Taylor. She listened to what our goals were . We mentioned we would love to have dinner in a castle . Taylor knew right where to go and set up our Tauck cruise from Basel, Switzerland to Amsterdam, Netherlands that includes a dinner at Schloss Ehreshoven, a historic 14th-century moated castle and palace manor house in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. She recommended hotels and activities for our pre and post cruise stays . I would not travel anywhere without her help.
