Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
These Terms and Conditions apply to travel planning and booking services provided by Castles and Cruises Travel Company and C&C World Travel ("we," "us," "our," or the "Agency").
By accessing our website, requesting a quote, submitting a payment authorization, or booking travel through us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Our Role as Your Travel Advisor
Castles and Cruises Travel Company and C&C World Travel act as travel advisors and intermediaries between you and independent travel suppliers, which may include airlines, cruise lines, hotels and resorts, tour operators, destination management companies, transportation providers, and other travel-related companies ("Suppliers").
We do not own, operate, manage, or control these Suppliers. Your travel arrangements are subject to the individual Supplier's terms, conditions, policies, payment schedules, and cancellation penalties.
We will use reasonable care in assisting you with your travel arrangements, but we cannot guarantee the performance, pricing, availability, or policies of any Supplier.
2. Quotes and Bookings
Travel quotes are based on pricing and availability provided by Suppliers at the time the quote is prepared. A quote is not a guaranteed price or reservation until the applicable Supplier confirms the booking and any required deposit or payment has been received.
Prices, availability, promotions, taxes, fees, and Supplier policies may change without notice before a booking is confirmed.
You are responsible for reviewing your quote, invoice, confirmation documents, traveler names, dates, destinations, accommodations, and other booking details and notifying your travel advisor promptly of any errors or discrepancies.
3. Payments
Deposits, installment payments, and final payments are due according to the payment schedule established by the applicable Supplier.
Failure to make a required payment by the Supplier's deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation and the loss of deposits or other payments in accordance with the Supplier's terms.
When you provide a credit card authorization, you authorize the applicable Supplier to charge your card for the amounts associated with your booking and for any additional amounts that you subsequently authorize.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the Agency does not process your travel payment as the merchant of record. Charges may therefore appear on your credit card statement under the name of the applicable Supplier rather than Castles and Cruises Travel Company or C&C World Travel.
For certain group travel arrangements, the Agency may receive payment from a designated group or lead traveler and use those funds to make payments to Suppliers on behalf of the group.
4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Cancellation and change policies are established by the applicable Supplier and vary by reservation.
You are responsible for all Supplier cancellation penalties, change fees, non-refundable deposits, and other charges associated with changes or cancellations to your trip.
The Agency does not have authority to waive Supplier penalties or guarantee that a Supplier will approve a refund, credit, or exception.
Refunds, when applicable, are generally issued by the Supplier according to its policies and processing timelines.
If the Agency charges a separate planning, consultation, or service fee, that fee will be subject to the terms provided when the fee is assessed and may be non-refundable once services have begun.
Cancellation or change requests should be submitted to your travel advisor in writing. A request is not considered completed until it has been acknowledged by the Agency or applicable Supplier.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend considering travel protection insurance for every trip.
Travel protection may provide coverage for certain circumstances such as trip cancellation or interruption, medical emergencies, baggage loss or delay, travel delays, and other covered events, depending on the policy purchased.
If you decline travel protection, you acknowledge that you may be personally responsible for financial losses resulting from circumstances that could otherwise have been covered by insurance.
Travel insurance is subject to the specific policy terms, exclusions, limitations, and claims procedures of the insurance provider.
6. Passports, Visas, and Travel Documents
You are responsible for ensuring that every traveler has the appropriate and valid travel documents required for the trip, including passports, visas, identification, vaccination documentation, consent forms, and any other required documentation.
Requirements may vary based on citizenship, destination, itinerary, transportation method, and other circumstances.
The Agency may provide general guidance regarding travel documentation, but requirements can change. Travelers are ultimately responsible for verifying the documentation required for their specific circumstances.
Failure to obtain required documentation may result in denied boarding, denied entry, missed travel, or additional expenses for which the traveler is responsible.
7. Health, Safety, and Destination Requirements
Travelers are responsible for understanding and complying with health, vaccination, testing, immigration, customs, and other requirements applicable to their destinations.
Government requirements, travel advisories, and health regulations can change at any time. Travelers should consult appropriate official government resources and health authorities before departure.
The Agency does not provide medical advice and cannot guarantee entry into a destination or participation in a travel experience based on health or medical circumstances.
8. Air Travel
Airline schedules, routes, aircraft, seating, baggage policies, and other flight details are controlled by the applicable airline.
Airlines may change or cancel flights, modify schedules, change aircraft, reassign seats, or make other operational changes.
Travelers are responsible for complying with airline check-in requirements, baggage policies, identification requirements, and other airline rules.
When an airline schedule change or cancellation affects your trip, we will assist within the scope of our role as your travel advisor; however, the airline's policies and available remedies will apply.
9. Assumption of Travel Risks
Travel involves inherent risks, which may include weather, illness, injury, accidents, transportation delays, natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, acts of terrorism, infectious diseases, Supplier failures, and other circumstances beyond the Agency's reasonable control.
By booking travel, you acknowledge these inherent risks and accept responsibility for making informed decisions regarding your travel.
10. Agency Liability
The Agency is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any Supplier or other third party.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Agency is not responsible for injury, loss, damage, delay, cancellation, expense, or inconvenience resulting from circumstances outside the Agency's reasonable control, including acts or omissions of Suppliers, airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, governments, or other third parties.
Where a claim arises from services provided directly by the Agency, the Agency's liability will be limited to the amount of any planning or service fees paid directly to the Agency for the booking giving rise to the claim, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to waive or limit any right or protection that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
11. Supplier Terms and Conditions
Each Supplier may have its own terms, conditions, cancellation policies, health requirements, payment schedules, liability limitations, and other rules.
By booking travel, you agree to comply with the applicable Supplier's terms and conditions.
The Supplier's terms will govern the travel services provided by that Supplier.
12. Communication
We rely on the contact information you provide to communicate important information regarding your travel.
You are responsible for providing accurate and current email addresses, telephone numbers, mailing addresses, and other contact information and for notifying us of changes.
You are also responsible for reviewing communications, invoices, confirmations, and other travel documents provided to you.
13. Photos, Reviews, and Testimonials
If you voluntarily provide photographs, reviews, testimonials, or other content to the Agency for possible marketing use, you grant the Agency a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for promotional and marketing purposes, including on our websites, social media, email communications, and other marketing materials.
If you have specific restrictions regarding the use of your content, please communicate them to us when submitting it.

If you are relying on specific information when making a booking decision, please confirm the information with your travel advisor before booking.
16. Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge associated with your travel booking is incorrect or disputed, please contact your travel advisor or the Agency promptly so that we have an opportunity to review the matter and work with the applicable Supplier when appropriate.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law or your credit card agreement.

19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law.
Any dispute-resolution provisions applicable to a particular booking may also be governed by the terms of the applicable Supplier or other agreement provided to you at the time of booking.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to deprive a traveler of any rights or protections provided by applicable law.
