Whether it's the Disney Parks or a Disney Cruise, she's always been amazing, going above and beyond. And she does SO much more than just Disney. She's handled resort reservations, offered honest suggestions when we've had questions, and even jumped right in to help advocate for us when an itinerary change switched our cruise from the British Isles to Norway/Belgium (due to storms) the morning our flight was scheduled to leave for Southampton.
