About Jackie

Travel has been part of my story for as long as I can remember. From growing up visiting the Disney parks and cruising with my family to turning that lifelong love of travel into a career, some of my favorite memories have always been connected to exploring new places and experiencing them with the people I love.

I was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, where I lived for 26 years before marrying my husband, Gifford, and moving to Louisiana. We spent 14 years there before making Tallahassee, Florida home, where we now live with our three children.

As a wife and mom, I understand how meaningful it is to step away from everyday life, spend quality time together, and create memories that last long after the vacation ends. That is one of the reasons I love what I do and why I care so much about making each trip feel personal, seamless, and special.

Favorite destination

Italy

Italy is my favorite destination because it truly has something for everyone. From the history and art of Rome and Florence to the canals of Venice, the beauty of the Amalfi Coast, charming villages, incredible food and wine, and stunning countryside, every region feels unique. I love that one trip can combine culture, adventure, relaxation, amazing cuisine, and unforgettable scenery.

Travel style

My travel style is a mix of comfort, luxury, & meaningful experiences.

I love thoughtfully planned trips that balance must-see sights with great food, beautiful accommodations, unique experiences, and enough flexibility to truly enjoy the destination.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about working with Jackie as our Disney World travel agent. She planned our trip this past fall for me, my mom, and my two youngest sons (ages 3 and 5), and she truly went above and beyond in every possible way. From the very beginning, Jackie made sure our vacation would be magical, stress-free, and tailored perfectly to our family. She was incredibly organized and detail-oriented, and she listened carefully to all of my preferences and ideas. The itinerary she created for us was so thoughtful, clear, and well put together. Every day flowed effortlessly because of her planning. Even while we were on the trip, Jackie was always available to answer questions and offer advice, which made everything even smoother. I never had to worry about a thing! One of the sweetest touches was the special birthday treat she arranged for me during our stay. It made the day even more memorable and really showed how much she cares about her clients. Jackie is not only highly professional but also genuinely kind and enthusiastic. I would trust her to plan any of my future travels, Disney or otherwise. I’ve already recommended her to all of my friends and family, and I’ll continue recommending her any chance I get online. She is truly the best travel agent I’ve ever worked with!

Our planner, Jackie, is absolutely incredible! Our family is very thankful for her and the services she provides. We are fortunate that she’s planned many trips for us over the years to Disney, on cruises, and adventures around the world. On one particular cruise, the cruise line had to change its ports unexpectedly. While we continued to enjoy our trip, Jackie was quick to talk with them and helped us get a partial refund which was greatly appreciated. She has a plethora of helpful information for any destination. We have happily referred her to lots of our family and friends!
