We’re looking to add to our growing team of
Disney and Universal travel agents!
Put your passion for Disney to work by helping families experience the magic—while building a flexible, rewarding, and (oh so fun!) travel career. When you join the Castles and Cruises Travel team, you’re never doing it alone. We’re here to train you, support you, and cheer you on every step of the way.
When our founder, Marissa Prejean, first entered the travel industry, she often felt like she was navigating it all by herself. She spent countless hours researching answers for clients and wishing she had someone to guide her. Over the past 10 years, she built a thriving Disney-focused travel agency through hard work, community, and expert knowledge. And now, her mission is simple: every new agent on our team has access to the support she didn’t have.
What Others Are Saying About Working At Castle and Cruises Travel?
Why Work with Castle and Cruises Travel?
Today, The C&C team is the community Marissa wished she had when she first started out.
When you join our team, you’ll be given the tools you need to build your own book of business from the very start. Your Team Leader will walk you through the process of making your first booking, be there to answer your questions so you don’t get lost in a Google black hole, and ensure you feel confident with the C&C planning process, from beginning to end.
You’ll also get access to the private C&C team Facebook community to connect with other Disney travel advisors learning alongside you, and you can count on us to help you get your commissions (yay!) on time.
We’re an intimate team that would love to take you under or wings, so you can turn your passion for Disney into a fun, profitable, and flexible business—or even turn this into a full-time career!
